How do I know this won’t be a waste of time and money?

I hear you and I totally understand your concerns. So if you are wondering whether my methods work, the simple answer is  - Hypnotherapy and  Coaching  work the majority of the time.

HOWEVER… Sometimes people can have hypnotherapy or coaching and see little or no significant results.

So, if this has happened to you, or if you’re afraid this might happen to you, let me give you some reasons why hypnotherapy or coaching might not work:

  1. The first and most simple reason is (and please don’t take this the wrong way) that maybe deep down you don’t want the results you thought you wanted bad enough. Or perhaps, what you want doesn’t align with your values, so there is an inner conflict which may sabotage the hypnosis work.

  2. You didn’t have enough sessions. Although the powerful combination of hypnotherapy and other modalities such as  somatic coaching can achieve amazing results in a fraction of the time compared to talking therapies such as psychotherapy, CBT or counselling, if there’s a lot of trauma, or very strong resistance, it often takes more than just a handful of sessions, in order for these modalities to work their magic.

Not all styles of hypnotherapy are equal. There are various styles of hypnosis, and some primarily focus on the now, without digging deeper into what happened in the past that led to the issue in the present. Many practitioners focus on providing solutions for what’s happening now, but completely overlook the invisible root causes responsible for the present circumstances. This is a bit like cutting down weeds and expecting them not to grow back. We all know that unless you pull them out from the roots, they will definitely grow back, RIGHT!?

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is unique and the number of sessions will depend on the depth of the issue and how each client responds to the process. While there is no way to know for sure until we dive in, I would be able to give you a timeframe at the end of the initial consultation, followed by a more realistic idea after the first session. While some issues may be resolved within one to four sessions, sometimes it can take up to 12 sessions to achieve deep and lasting change. However, depending on the complexity of the issues some people may require further support.

I’ve worked with a practitioner before and achieved great results, but my issues came back again. How do I know this won’t happen again?

If you’ve worked with a therapist or coach before and despite seeing results, the issues later came back, chances are the modality didn’t reach deep enough into your subconscious mind, or if it did, it may have focused too much on thoughts and mindset, and not enough on emotional healing and integration.

I’ve never worked with a practitioner before and I don’t know what to expect. What does a typical session with you look like?

In our first session we’ll begin by having a chat where you get to tell me your reasons for seeking support and I ask further questions to start uncovering what is holding you back.

During this part of the session we will also get clear on what you do and don’t want, we’ll establish your desired outcomes and create a vision of how you want to show up and feel, as well as establish what fulfilling your purpose and achieving your goals will do for you and for the people you are here to serve.

This stage is also the part where we begin to uncover some of the core beliefs that are responsible for your current situation, and where I start to gauge which modality would best support you at that time.

Each subsequent session will begin by checking in with how things have been for you since the previous session, and focusing on what's been coming to the forefront for you at the time.

The core modalities you can mostly expect are hypnotherapy, parts therapy/IFS (Internal Family Systems), and somatic coaching. However, depending on your needs, these may be used in conjunction with other modalities, such as inner child healing, transformational coaching and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) .

Will I be asleep or lose control over myself during hypnosis?

If you’ve never experienced hypnosis before, I understand you may feel nervous about it, and I totally get it.

I’m willing to bet that your concerns probably stem from having seen stage hypnosis shows. Am I right?

If this is the case, please allow me to make one thing clear - stage hypnosis and hypnotherapy and hypnosis are not the same thing!

So, what are hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

Simply put, hypnosis is a natural state of hyper focused awareness and deep relaxation that we spontaneously enter during our everyday life. In this state the subconscious mind is in the driver's seat.

Have you ever driven down a familiar route and once you got to your destination you had no idea how you got there? Well, your subconscious mind got you there! Ever found yourself totally immersed in a book and lost all sense of space and time. Guess what! That's also a state of hypnosis.

Would I need to revisit painful experiences and memories I’m not yet ready to face, in order to achieve results?

You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do, in order to achieve results.

If you're afraid that the only way to achieve effective results is to revisit painful experiences and memories you're not yet ready to face, I want to reassure you that you don't have to.

We can work content free, meaning we can still work with your subconscious mind to help it process memories, emotions, and disempowering beliefs, without you having to relive the experiences. It still works just as powerfully!

Would I have to disclose personal details I don’t feel comfortable sharing, in order to achieve results?

No! We can still work with your subconscious mind to help it process memories, emotions and disempowering beliefs, without you having to disclose information and details you’re not comfortable sharing. It still works just as powerfully!

What is somatic coaching and does it involve any movement or exercise?

Great question! There are different types of somatic coaching, some of which do involve movement and physical exercise. However, my approach is based on connecting with, experiencing and processing feelings and emotions in the body, often while (but not necessarily) in a state of hypnosis.

Would I need to complete lots of homework in between sessions?

NO, there isn’t much homework, if any at all!

The work we do within the sessions is extremely powerful and deep, so you don’t really need to spend more than the occasional 5-10 minutes, if any time at all, doing any work in between sessions.

Your subconscious mind will be doing all the work for you in the background, without you having to lift a pen, or even think about the work until the next session 🙂

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

Are online sessions as effective as in person ones?

Yes absolutely. There is no difference whatsoever in terms of achieving effective outcomes. In fact, for many people it can work out even better, as being within the familiar surroundings of their home helps them relax even further.

Do you guarantee results?

Unfortunately results cannot be guaranteed. Everyone is different and each individual has a unique background and responds differently to the process. Whilst hypnotherapy is extremely effective, especially when combined with other modalities, and most people achieve great results, this cannot be guaranteed.

How do I pay?

All sessions and packages are to be payed in advance. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer for UK clients, and via Paypal for international clients.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds for one time sessions, however, if you purchase a block, or sigh up for the monthly membership, and after the first session you find this approach really isn't for you, you will be refunded any money you have paid, minus the first session.
